Taking the standard worksite management mode of Japan, which is characterized by tidying up and reorganization, as the master copy and combining with the practical situation in the company, a number of worksite management systems and standards have been worked out and promulgated, and provisions on manufacturing equipment, work place tool chests, parts stands and racks, stacking and storage of goods, walkways and floor colors at worksites have been stipulated since 1995.
